Lunar Dream Journal turns a dream you describe into a written reading, using the lunar day and, if you choose to add them, your birth details. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how you delete it.
The app is operated by Yupland Digital Solutions, LLC, registered in Georgia. Where this policy says «we», it means that company.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. To make the app work, a small set of processors receive only what they need:
DeepSeek receives the text of your dream or question, the lunar data and, if you added them, your birth details. It does not receive your account identifier. Groq receives the recording of a dictated dream and nothing else; the recording is not stored by us.
The app carries no advertising or analytics SDKs, and nothing in it follows you across other apps or websites. That is why the app never asks for tracking permission.
Where your account lives depends on the country of your App Store account:
The app checks the App Store country when it starts. If you change the country of your App Store account, the app signs you in to the account for the new region; the data of the previous account stays where it was until you delete it. Our application servers, which process requests from all users, are located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Connections are encrypted in transit. Access to the database is limited to the people who operate the service.
Your dream journal, readings and profile are kept while your account exists.
Open the app, go to Profile and choose Delete account. This deletes your dreams together with their readings and your monthly summaries, and erases your name, birth details and natal chart from your profile. It cannot be undone. Records of purchases are kept, as accounting requires.
You may also write to us and we will delete the account for you.
Lunar Dream Journal is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
Under the CCPA and CPRA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask how it was used. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any of these rights will never degrade the service you receive. Write to the address below and we will answer within 45 days.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing. The legal basis for generating your readings is the contract you enter when you use the app; for preventing abuse it is our legitimate interest. As explained in section 4, your data is processed in Russia, which has not received an adequacy decision.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
